After allegedly tried to rob a nearby tuck shop, members of the community had enough and they started beating up the men.
The incident occurred on Sunday, January 13 in Dulcimer Street in Tasbet Park at approximately 15:30.
It’s alleged two unknown men tried to rob a tuck shop in the same street, members from the community were made aware of the incident and they allegedly took the law into their own hands.
Members from SACCW arrived on scene, within minutes the police also arrived on scene and stopped the mob justice.
Paramedics from ER24 treated the two injured men and transported them to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
