A police officer was called to rush to the hospital after a patient had died from multiple injuries.
The police captain from Vosman Police Station was called to go to Witbank Hospital on Monday, June 7 at about 12:30. Apparently the deceased was assaulted at Ackerville Schoenland Drive near Santa Hospital.

According to the police report the police officer found the deceased lying on a bed with multiple assault injuries all over his body. The victim was allegedly assaulted by a group of community members. The motive for the attack is unknown.
“We sentizing members not to take the law into their hands by asssaulting people, if a person has committed a crime please report to the police immidiatelty,” said Constable Kgomotso Maluleke, Vosman communication officer.
The police are investigating a case of murder and nobody has been arrested. Any person with information leading to an arrest, is welcome to report to the police.
