In one week, five murders were reported in the area. They reported that they are investigating a case of murder at Balmoral after a body was found with stab wounds on Friday, November 10 at about 08:20.

The body was found facing down and was found naked on the side of a road. The male body had injuries on the body and on his left leg.

The police were called to Witbank Hospital on Saturday, November 11 at about 10:30. After arriving at the hospital a nurse showed them a body of a male with a stab wound.

The body was identified as Stephen Mkombo (38) of Stand Number 78 Emsagweni in KwaGuqa Extensions.

Another male body was taken to the mortuary on the same day, Saturday at about 09:30 from the same area, Emasagweni. He was found facing down with head injuries. The police reported that he is unknown.

In Balmoral, police reported that on Saturday, November 11 at about 21:50 a deceased person was found at the Witbank Hospital.

The deceased person, found in a stretcher, had four wounds on his body. He seems to have been stabbed with a sharp instrument. He was identified as Terrance Mongezi Thembu of Plot 81 in Kromdraai.

Police are investigating all the murder cases and nobody has been arrested.
