Man robbed of his ID and cell phone when hitch hiking

The 33-year-old was asking for a lift going home to Masakhane.

As he was hitch hiking a man was robbed of a few items including his cell phone.

The 33-year-old was asking for a lift going home to Masakhane. He was threatened by two suspects who allegedly had a knife; the suspects requested the things he was carrying.

The robbery happened on Tuesday, October 31 at 18:30, he was robbed of his groceries, ID book, receipts and a cell phone.

Earlier on that day around 17:20 a 32-year-old man was robbed at Fouche Street, Klipfontein.

He was walking with his wife when he was approached by three suspects. The one suspect who allegedly had a knife in his possession threatened both of them and took money and jewellery.
