VANDERBIJLPARK,- The first practice of the Vaal Dodgers Baseball Club in conjunction with the Sedibeng Baseball Federation was a resounding success.
According to Dave Lloyd one of the organizers of the event he was absolutely astonished with the turnout at the Route 66 Pub and Grill Sports Grounds, the home of the Vaal Dodgers.
The youngsters who attended the practice session enjoyed professional coaching. Even the South African Baseball Coach Gavin Bennett took time out of his busy schedule to attend.
