For Claire Greyling, creating beautiful hairstyles is far more than just a job. “This is more than something just to gaze at, but rather a piece of art to influence lives every day,” she says.
Born in England, Claire moved to South Africa at a young age with her parents. She says she “fell in love with hair” in her early years, and today she lives her talent and passion at Claire Jones Professional Hair Artistry in Three Rivers.
She describes her “art form” as unbelievably exciting. “The possibilities are endless because there is always room for another trend and style, as well as new techniques to be learned.”
She qualified in 1986, completed her Master Colors three times and attended several other courses. Through the years she judged many big competitions such as Trend Vision and believes that hairdressers should never stop learning. In her free time Claire loves reading and spending time with family and friends.
Apart from color and cuts, perms and Brazilians/Botox, Claire Jones Professional Hair Artistry does all kinds of extensions including bonds, tape-ins, weft and the new V-light method. Exciting news is that a gent’s section is opening in November. Pensioners get discount.
