Many awesome accolades for House of Sarah

Sarah is passionate about development and bringing hope to women and the youth

Sarah Manyokolo Notsi is a South African born fashion designer from Sharpeville. This proud mother and business woman is the owner of House of Sarah. After completing her matric she studied Fashion Design at the Vaal University of Technology (then Vaal Technikon), after which she joined the Gordon Flack Davidson Academy of Fashion, where she graduated top of her class.

In the year 2000 the House of Sarah and her dress design school were born. Sarah can recall many career highlights: In 2004 she was a finalist in the Top Billing Momentum Fashion Awards and in 2010 had the opportunity to showcase her new designs during the World Cup. When the wearing of  masks was introduced during the Covid lockdown, her facial cloth mask was shown off by the Premiere!

Graceful and stylish, Sarah particularly enjoyed the honour of dressing the Miss Emfuleni Pageant for three years. In her younger days she entered the Mrs SA beauty pageant herself and was one of the semi-finalists.

Sarah is passionate about development and bringing hope to women and the youth. “I believe that if we stop limiting ourselves, we can conquer anything, irrespective of challenges and circumstances,” she says. She enjoys working with youths with special needs and also helps to facilitate short courses at a local college.
