Rules that apply in this year’s Vaalweekblad Baby and Toddler Competition

The following rules will apply for the Vaalweekblad Baby and Toddler competi-
tion 2018:
1. Entry fee of R80-00, payable at Chilli Picnic on the day of entry.
2. All entries will be published in Vaalweekblad.
3 No entrants will be allowed to wear any cosmetic (lipstick, eye-shadow, mascara).
4. Only photo’s taken by Chilli Picnic will be used for the duration of the competition.
5. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of extra photos or dvd’s ordered.
6. No persons employed at any of the participating organisations are allowed to enter their kids. All staff may make use of this special offer, but may not enter their children.
7. Voting is done through voting forms which will appear each week in Vaalweekblad. Parents are welcome to use each week’s voting form to vote for their children. You can buy additional newspapers and vote as many times as you want,
provided that it is done on the original voting form. No copies will be allowed. A panel of judges will then appoint the final winners.
8. If a parent cannot be present at the photo session, written permission from a legal guardian is needed before the child may be entered.
9. There will be a winner in each age category, of whom one will be appointed as overall winner. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
