Cashier dead after filling station heist
The cashier tragically lost his life following a filling station heist in De Deur.
DE DEUR. – A cashier was shot during an armed robbery at the TotalEnergies filling station in De Deur on Friday night.
The incident happened at around 21:00.
The suspects are said to have fled with an undisclosed amount of money they stole from the cash register.
They were seen fleeing in a blue Suzuki vehicle.
The cashier succumbed to his injuries in hospital.
