Cape Town All Stars have announced Mlungisi ‘Professor’ Ngubane as their new coach.

Ngubane is set to take over immediately from Jerobeam Koert and Aschwin Sutton, who had been assisting the club as caretakers in the absence of a full time coach.

“We feel that we have found the perfect candidate for the position, due to his vast experience in this division, and the footballing philosophy he employs. We are confident that Mr Ngubane will lead the club in the direction we want to be going – challenging for promotion to the PSL,” said club CEO Elasto Kapoweza.

“We would like to sincerely thank the previous coaching team, Jerobeam Koert and Aschwin Sutton, who were at the club in a caretaker role, for all their hard work and efforts and wish them the very best for their future endeavours,” said Kapoweza.
