The weekend’s high temperature did not deter golfers at the Pollak Park Golf Club.
On Friday, in the Meat Competition, Carol Sibiya scored 21 points to achieve the front nine. Alfred Cebukula got the back nine, also with 21 points.

On Saturday in the IPS, Roy Palmer took first place with 41 points. Andy Wehmeyer came in second with 38 points.
Nearest to the pin at hole 17, sponsored by Cappuccino’s Springs Mall, went to Dudley Palmer.
