Carnival City to host first Mapostola Breaking Ground

Lebo Sekgobela, although she is not a “clap and tap” artist, will be featured as a guest artist.

The first-ever Mapostola Breaking Ground at Carnival City promises to be one of the biggest gospel events on the 2020 calendar.

With a diverse and dynamic assembly of experts in song and dance, it would be impossible for any concertgoer to leave not feeling inspired and spiritually uplifted.

There are several choirs and artists in the lineup, including Lejwe la Motheo AD from Tembisa, Barorisi ba Morena from Naledi, Mighty Oh Lord Singers from Meadowlands, Temple of God Original from Vosloorus, Powerhouse Mamelodi from Pretoria and Piba & Hosea AD from Sebokeng.

Lebo Sekgobela, although she is not a “clap and tap” artist, will be featured as a guest artist.

Barorisi ba Morena, established in 1965 and still going strong, continues to inspire other choirs that are performing at this event and continue to be opinion shapers in this industry.

Having scooped over 50 awards and amassed over 200 nominations in the gospel categories, the artists in this choir have become experts in what they do.
