1. Jonathan Taylor Thomas
In the 90s, Jonathan Taylor Thomas (JTT) was the object of every teenage girl’s desire. The 34-year-old started his career at the tender age of 10 on the hit show Home Improvement. During his decade away from stardom, he attended Harvard, Columbia and St. Andrew’s University in Scotland. He has since appeared on shows including Smallville, Veronica Mars, 8 Simple Rules, and Last Man Standing, which stars his former TV dad.

2. Shiri Apppleby
With the success of Roswell, Shiri Appleby rose to fan-magazine fame and was seen everywhere through the show’s success. With small roles in films such as The Thirteenth Floor and The Other Sister, after the end of Roswell, Shiri landed the lead role of Amy Miller, the trusting girlfriend of Jesse Bradford’s Ben Cronin, in the suspenseful teen film Swimfan. Later roles included the indie When Do We Eat? and What Love Is. Shiri currently stars in the TV show Code Black, as Carla Niven.

3. James van der Beek
James van der Beek rose to fame beginning in 1998 for his portrayal of Dawson Leery in the WB series Dawson’s Creek. He currently stars in CSI: Cyber as FBI Special Agent Elijah Mundo.

4. Neve Campbell
It’s hard to decide what Neve Campbell is most famous for. As the motherly Julia Salinger in Party of Five or the brave Sidney Prescott in the Scream franchise? Either way her roles have made her an unforgettable actress. Since the conclusion of the Scream movies she has cameoed in a few movies and series, including the role of Derek Shepherd’s sister in Grey’s Anatomy.

5. Freddie Prinze Jnr
Just about every 90s RomCom starred the ever hunky Freddie Prinze Jnr. And who could forget his heroic performance as Ray Bronson in the I Know What You Did Last Summer franchise. The 39-year-old actor has since married his Scooby-Doo co-star, Sarah Michelle Gellar. The couple has two children, Charlotte Grace Prinze and Rocky James Prinze. He is currently voices Kanan Jarrus on the star Wars Rebels TV series.
