The 400m oval circuit will be revved up with V8 Sprints and other favourite competing categories.
These categories include Kids In Racing SA Ninja Class ages six to 12 years, 100cc Micro Midgets, 125 Shifter Karts, Formula 2 Midgets,1600 Stock Rods, 1660 Modified Saloons, Super Midgets, V8 Lexus Class, 2.1 L Pinto Class, Super Saloons and Formula N Circuit racing.
Abie Sada from Rock Raceway says drifters will also be smoking tyres to oblivion in a slideways battle.
“The popular Inex world championship series, Legends Racing, that originated in the States will once again be in action as local drivers take to the circuit in their old 60s and 70s Ford and Chevy replicas powered by a Yamaha motorbike engine.
Refreshments will be on sale.
Entry will cost adults R65 and children aged six to 12 years R30.
Embankment parking is R50 per vehicle..
