Violent cult stalks college student

College students beware!

There are killers on the loose and you could be their next victim.

Especially if you are young, pretty and all alone on campus over Thanksgiving.

And that is exactly what happens to Justine in the horror film Kristy.

Over Thanksgiving, Justine (Haley Bennett) is left alone on campus while her classmates and lecturers return home to spend the holiday with their respective families.

Left to her own devices, Justine wanders the abandoned hallways and dorm rooms, trying to keep herself occupied.

Fortunately, before she (and the audience) die of boredom, she pops out to a nearby convenience store where she has an unpleasant run-in with a stranger called Violet.

Upon her return to campus, Justine is soon stalked by killers from a cult.

This typical horror/slasher film follows the standard formula of a teenage girl, on her own, trying to survive as she is chased down empty corridors by violent killers.

However, watching a college girl running away from a blood thirsty cult is always far more entertaining than watching a film about college students entering singing competitions.
