The Parlotones Antiques and Artefacts Tour

South African music giants, The Parlotones, are launching their new CD, Antiques & Artefacts, with a national tour of The Barnyard Theatres in April and May. With the band’s usual welcoming energy and style, Antiques & Artefacts will now take this quartet of friends on an altogether new journey.

This is their first release, on their own, without any assistance from a label, and the album will be available exclusively at The Barnyard Theatres for the duration of the tour. Spend an evening with them at The Barnyard Theatre at 8pm on May 20.

Join award winning comedian David Kau whose outlook on everything South African has earned him a strong following.

The show starts at 7pm on May 30 in the Centre Court.

An action-packed boxing tournament guaranteed to satisfy all die-hard boxing fans – including KwaThema fans who can support one of their own.

Don’t miss the explosive five main fight tournaments: WBA Pan African Lightweight Tittle between Mzonke Fana (SA) vs Xolisani Ndongeni (SA), International Welterweight between Luyanda Jako (KwaThema, SA) vs Roman Zhailaouv (Khazakstan), International Cruiserweight between Mateusz Masternak (Poland) vs Johnny Muller (SA) and IBO Light Heavyweight World Title between Roberto Bolonti (Argentina) vs Tommy Oosthuisen (SA).

The tournament will take place in the Centre Court at 6.30pm on June 6.

His face is as funny as his repartee, with lugubrious looks tailor-made for mirth.

Barry’s gregarious personality makes him a people’s person, happy to engage with the audience before and after his shows.

Barry is an old-school comedian who’s as streetwise as any youngster.

He’s remained at the top by continually coming up with fresh material – and by having six children to keep him hip and happening.

Check him out at The Barnyard Theatre on June 6 at 8pm.

Zee Stars and Comedy Nite – Live in Concert

Showtime Promotions and Blu Blood in association with Zee TV presents Zee Stars and Comedy Nite live in concert.

The concert will feature 3 Zee TV Stars – the heartthrob many women love Ravi Dubey known as Siddarth from the popular series Jamai Raja, Vibhav Roy known as Ishaan from the series Doli Armaano Ki and Arjit Taneja known as Purab from the series Kum Kum Bhagya.

The three Zee Stars are extremely excited to be performing in South Africa.

The show will also feature a line-up of SA brand of popular comedians Henry Ramkissoon, Muthu Murugan and Conrad Coch, aka Chester Missing.

Catch them in the Theatre of Marcellus at 5pm on June 7.
