Heaven’s Gates and Hell’s Flames arrives in Springs

The play will be presented from April 19 to 22, at 7pm, in the City Base Church, situated in Coalition Road, Selection Park.

Cast and crew members include volunteers from the local church.

The leadership team of City Base Church is expecting more than 1 000 people to be in attendance over the course of the four performances and is finishing off balcony seating to accommodate as many as possible.

This touring drama uses elaborate lighting, sound, costumes and backdrops to stage the reality of Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection, heaven, hell and a person’s choice in life that determines where they will spend eternity, according to the organisation that created the production, Reality Outreach.

Viewers will see a sequence of skits that portray real-life experiences anyone can relate to.

This high-impact drama has been performed for decades in more than 20 nations.

Admission is free, but seats will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Doors open at 6pm, and food and drinks will be on sale.
