On the big screen: Eliza Graves

This psychological thriller from Brad Anderson (Session 9, The Call) is loosely based on the Edgar Allan Poe short story, “The system of Doctor Tarr and Professor Fether”. 

The film centres on the beautiful title character (Kate Beckinsale) who works in a 19th century insane asylum. 

One day she notices one of the doctors who she works with has gone missing and learns that he has been taken by the inmates, and she begins to suspect that it won’t be long before the inmates take over the asylum, including herself, altogether.
