Vengaboys visit South Africa in December

The European Super Group, The Vengaboys, will be visiting South Africa in December for four shows only.

Two of these shows will be hosted at Carnival City on December 12 and 13.

In 1998 the world was introduced to the uplifting sounds of the Vengaboys.

Delivering multi-platinum pop-dance hits back to back with ‘Up and Down’, ‘We Like To Party!’, ‘Boom Boom Boom Boom!’, ‘We’re going to Ibiza’ and many more, The Vengaboys reached the top of the charts in over 20 countries.

Their debut album “Greatest Hits!” reached USA gold status and they were nominated for MTV Best Breakthrough of the Year award.

To promote their single, ‘Kiss (When The Sun Don’t Shine)’, the group organised a world record longest kiss that currently stands at 29 hours.

And the hits keep coming; ‘Shalala lala’, ‘Kiss (When The Sun Don’t Shine)’ and ‘Uncle John From Jamaica’ all reached the top five in numerous countries.

The group embarked on a world tour and after they released a ballad as their goodbye single, the group called it quits and was ready for retirement.

Not a bad idea after selling 20 million singles and five million albums.

The Vengaboys recently started touring again and are working on a new single.

The successful story continues as The Vengaboys make a pit-stop at Carnival City.

Book your tickets now for a fantastic line-up of songs.
