Food to die for

Restaurant: Geronimos Sports Bar Reviewed by: Phumza Ntuthuka

Geronimos Sports Bar is the place to be to have the most mouth watering food and the best service in Springs. In this place, you will get a wide variety of good, freshly prepared at all times.

During the Advertiser’s visit on Sunday to celebrate Fathers’ Day we indulged in the Sunday carvery which included yellow rice, roasted beef, grilled chicken, creamy spinach, beans with beacon and cheese, boere carrots, roast potatoes, colso salad and a beetroot salad prepared by one of the best chefs Springs has ever seen, Sam Ngcobo.

Their creamy spinach is to die for.

For dessert, we had a Malva pudding with custard.

Do not forget their Monday to Friday menu where they serve burgers, foot long hot dogs, foot long boerewors cheese grillers and a bunny chow including chips for only R40.

Their Sunday dish will cost you only R60 for adults and R30 for children and they start serving at 11am.

If you want to do a birthday party, Geronimos has a big hall with a bar to host such events.

To taste the best food and spend quality time with friends and family, you can visit Geronimos Sports Bar in Dersley Park at 3 Pumice Street.
