Springs Rugby Club are the Peregrine champions thanks to their strong performance in the second half of the game on Saturday.
Played on home soil, the odds looked bleak for the local side as rivals Vereeniging were ahead 13-0 by half-time.
The Ryperd scored 15 points in the second half with Tinus Ueckerman and Brandon Hewitt delivering the winning tries.

“It was all about thanking our Father Lord for the opportunity to play the game. We are a group of brothers who have come a long way this season,” said captain André Gordon Smith following the match.
“We have a special coach and very special management and as you can see the people care about us here. We just love the game.”
