National Armwrestling Champs held in Springs

The event took place on May 27 and 28, at Stable Inn.

The athletes of Supernova Armwrestling Club came out head and shoulders above the rest in the recent National Armwrestling Championships.
The event took place on May 27 and 28, at Stable Inn, and attracted arm wrestlers from as far as KwaZulu-Natal.

Peyton Murray tried hard but she could not keep her clubmate Mickyla Heine from the top spot in the senior women 78kg+ right arm competition.

The club’s Jacques Kotze, a grand master, took first place in the right arm competition, and third place for his left arm strength.
Club founder Rosemary Botha achieved top spot in the left arm battle and second place in the right arm round.
She competed in the grand master women category.
