Selection Park Tennis Club gears up for league
In addition to the Easterns League, the club will also host the Saturday Men's League.
The Selection Park Tennis Club was a hive of activity over the weekend as players prepare for the Winter League.
It is due to start on May 8, and players are determined to put their best foot forward.
Club spokesperson Deidre Vrey said it’s been a long wait for competitions due to Covid-19, but they are looking forward to the competition again.

In addition to the Easterns League, the club will also host the Saturday Men’s League, also due to start soon.
Vrey said even though they are gearing up for competitions, they are still accepting new members.
“Our doors are always open. We practise on Saturday’s from 2pm and Sundays from 10am,” said Vrey.
