LMS Brannas go up against Rusty Ballies at Olympia Park

They finished the season unbeaten and they will face Knuck Fows in the final.

This weekend saw the semi-finals of Last Man Stands being played at Olympia Park.

Huge upset to Donkey Slongs who got knocked out by Knuck Fows, the team they once bowled out for eight runs.

It was time for Knuck Fows to revenge. Knuck Fows batted first and scored 133 runs in their 20 overs for the loss of seven wickets.

One hundred and thirty-three is a chasable score at Olympia Park A field, but Knuck Fows proved it otherwise.

They were up to redeem themselves.

Good knock by George Nel who scored 52 runs from 39 balls.

Niel de Wet was superb with the ball, taking two wickets in his four overs and only conceding 14 runs.

Donkey Slongs choked in the first 10 overs and only managed to score 49 runs.

The fielding by Knuck Fows was superb.

Beers & Tots had an easy cruise against Spit Braai.

They finished the season unbeaten and they will face Knuck Fows in the final.

Good performance by Lodie Greeff who is still topping the batting and keeping rankings.

In the bowling, Martin Greeff is still topping, but it’s a close chase by Niel de Wet, who had a superb game this Sunday.

The final will be played at 2.45pm and entrance is free.
