“Well done to one of our members, Delano Kotze, for recently scoring two rounds of 68 and 65 in a 36-hole competition in the USA.

“His total of 11 under par was unfortunately not good enough to win as the competition over there is extremely tough,” adds Kotze.

He asks the members to pay attention to the entry list for club championships, to be held March 2 and 3.

The entry list is on the notice board.

“Please enter for our major tournament.

“Entries are coming in nicely so far.”

On Saturday the first round of the Senior Handicap League will commence.

“Good luck to our teams representing the club against Ebotse.

“Next Saturday will see the first round of the Handicap League where we will be up against Heidelberg.”

The Joker Draw is expected to come close to R34 000 this Friday.

Kotze appeals to members: “Please come and support the happy hour from 5pm to 6pm and try your luck at the jackpot.”
