A smokey affair is expected at The Rock Raceway round seven of the SA Drift Championships on Saturday (September 2).
All petrol head adrenalin junkies will enjoy the drifters from all over South Africa.
Abie Sada from the raceway says drifters will light up their drift car tyres and produce a smoky affair to the delight of the patrons who relish in the antics of the sideways brigade.
“The judges’ skillful circuit layout will test the skill levels of all the drifters as they chase for the ultimate prize at victory lane,” he says.
Gates open at 10am, with practice and qualifying sessions for drifters and event proceedings will commence at 4pm.
Refreshments will be on sale.
