Jose is B/ball Knock-out champion
Spring Country Club was abuzz with golfers on Saturday.
Players enjoyed the Individual Stableford (IPS), Monthly Medal, Singles Betterball Knock-out final and Senior League that was hosted at the club.
The IPS winner was Okkie Strydom with 39 points.
In second place was Theo Jordaan with 36 points on count out (oco).
Stefan van der Merwe took third place with 36 points oco.
The winner of the Singles Betterball Stableford Knock-out final was Jose Carrazon with Clive Muller as the runner-up.
The Plate winner in this category was Frikkie Claasen with Marieka Visser in second place.
Local golfers drew against Serengeti and Kempton Park in the senior league with a 1-1 score.
With 35 golfers playing in the Monthly Medal, Bennie de Lange was first in the A Division with 49 nett points and Ian Johnson was second with 70 nett points.
In the B Division, Henk Hoffman was first with 68 nett points and Frikkie Colyn was second with 70 nett points.
Wikus Nel placed first in the C Division with 63 nett points and Piet de Wet was the runner-up with 67 nett points.
