Very often they empty the bins and then place them in the middle of the driveway, sometimes even at the wrong house.
When the occupants return home, they need to stop, get out of their vehicle, move the bin out of the way, get back into their vehicle and then only drive in.
This is a serious security risk and safety hazard.
These workers either ignore the public if they are spoken to, or they are very rude.
Could a response from the council please be obtained.
