I called on Wednesday and requested assistance with the manhole in the back of our yard and was given a reference number by Gugu, the consultant.
She was professional, friendly, listened to my problem and attended to it immediately.
We need more people like Gugu who take their work seriously.
A few minutes after my call, I received an SMS to confirm my request.
The workers were very friendly and understanding, and in no time they fixed the problem for us.
We always read bad comments about the metro and their services, but please people, give a compliment when it’s due.
