That said, I would like to ask the council why, when they are asked to comment on a subject such as the Selection Park Tennis Club, the swimming pools and the Derick Terblanche Park in Geduld, do they never answer a query.
What about the old people in Molendam who have to put up with sewage stink.
Are they so arrogant and above the people who pay their salaries that they do not want to talk to us.
I do realise that there are council workers who do care but there are very few of them.
It is a great pity that we cannot report them to the consumer council.
If we were able to do that there would be a lot of vacancies open for those of us who really want to work and not just go in each day to sit and drink tea and ignore ratepayers and collect fat salaries at the end of each month.
The people who are in charge of the pump at the duck pond should be charged with animal abuse through their stupidity in not planning ahead for equipment.
I cannot understand the reason for them behaving like this although I could take a very good guess.
