‘An inept council’

When is our dearly beloved town council going to realise that there are no telephone numbers at all that we can call to give in our electricity and water readings?

The numbers that are on the accounts, when we actually receive one, are never answered.

It is about time that the mayor realised that if it were not for the taxpayers of Springs and other towns his plans would come to naught.

As for going into the council offices to get a copy of an account, the people behind the counters are the same as him, they do not

care.

When I went in to the offices on Wednesday to get a copy of my account, the man sitting at the enquiries counter number six had a notice up on the window saying that he would only help us if he was not too busy.

Who the hell is he to put something like that up?

For us to have to stand and be ignored by some idiot who is being paid by us is just not on.

A good suggestion to the council would be to set up their own delivery service for accounts, if they are capable of that.

The swimming pools that have not been repaired are a true reflection of the ineptitude of council to repair equipment that should

have never got to the stage it is in now.

Council would do well to start up a hot-air balloon company, as that is all their so-called promises are.

The duck-pond on Nigel Road is just as sickening.

I am extremely happy that I did not donate geese and ducks as I said I would.
