Surely they realise that in order to send a photograph there has to be an attachment?
I suppose it’s too much to expect that after making such an announcement they would ensure that the appropriate department is equipped to receive the information without having to deal with the “Mail Marshal”.
Taking the photo and the process of downloading it and sending it is a nuisance in any event, especially when one always submits the correct reading and then they block it.
