A sad state of affairs

Anonymous of springs writes:

It is sad to see the state of the Springs CBD.
To start with the filth on the roads and sidewalks mostly caused by hawkers and other people because you see these people owning business outlets in the CBD throwing out cartons and refuse in the streets.
Not to mention them sun soaking with chairs in parking bays while their music blasting in the streets. To which the metro and the SAPS turns a blind eye and a deaf ear.
Why can’t the relevant departments do their jobs without being told or criticised.

Does it always need to be placed on the media?
If the departments carry out their duties properly on a daily basis, this will put an end to the problem.
So please metro/SAPS stop the illegal boards and hawkers, refuse sun soakers in parking bays and loud music in the entire CBD and make it a proud town again .
