Man rudely awakened by intruders
He was alone sleeping, when he realised there were men inside his house.
A man woke up to three intruders in his home on Monday morning in Everest.
“The victim alleged that at about 04:00 he was alone sleeping, when he realised there were men inside his house.
“They were all wearing balaclavas and gloves.
“They demanded money, which he did not have,” explained Sergeant Themba Tshabalala, communications officer of Springs SAPS.
The robbers left with a plasma TV valued at R3 500, a cellphone valued at R4 200, and another worth R4 300.
“They gained entry by cutting the chain around the door from outside,” added Tshabalala.
