Diakonos Events and Fundraisers will host its annual high tea at the Riverside Country Estate. This year’s gathering will welcome 300 women for a day dedicated to celebrating and acknowledging women’s remarkable contributions and challenges faced in 2024. The high tea will feature participation from several notable ministries, NPOs and charities, including Vita Nova, Epilepsy South Africa, and Call Her Blessed. Insimbi Legacy Projects from Midvaal is hosting their annual Amazing Race but this year, here in Springs. The starting point will be at Springs Mall and the race will consist of six challenges to complete all over town. The theme is Out of Africa and teams are encouraged to dress up.
