The Miss Springs pageant is in full swing and recently announced the finalists for 2024.
According to Chanté van Schalkwyk, the competition organiser, Miss Springs aims to motivate, educate and empower girls from Springs and surrounding areas to achieve their goals.
Van Schalkwyk said she is excited about this year’s competition because the girls are talented.
Along with the 12 finalists, a panel of mentors were selected and each finalist will have a dedicated mentor to impact their life.
The event has grown to feature various categories, including Petite Miss Springs, Little Miss Springs, Junior Miss Springs, Teen Miss Springs and Miss Springs.
The grand finale is on August 31 at Die Agterplaas in Casseldale.
