Water supply interruption in Duduza, water tankers provided

The City of Ekurhuleni has provided water tankers to residents of Duduza and surrounding areas to mitigate the effect of the water supply interruption in the area.

The water supply interruption is due to cable theft at Pieter Wessels pump station.

The affected areas include:
• Duduza
• Masechaba
• Bluegum View
• Langaville Ext 10
• John Dube; and
• Tsakani extensions 19, 20 and 21.

The estimated restoration time is not yet established, and residents will be updated on developments through the city’s digital platforms.
