Help Epilepsy SA gift a box

Epilepsy South Africa's Gauteng branches are looking for donations to curate gift boxes for their residents.

Help support the Christmas Gift of Grace cause of Epilepsy South Africa’s Gauteng branch.

Epilepsy Geduld and Daggafontein are seeking donations of Christmas gift boxes to give to their residents on December 6 and 13.

Aileen Langley, Epilepsy Geduld director, said the gifts will help put a smile on the faces of residents, some of whom cannot spend Christmas with their families.

“Some of them would receive gifts for the first time in their lives,” Langley said.

She added they hope to give their residents a sense of belonging and to feel loved. The facilities are pleading to the community for donations towards the gift box and the branches.

Donations may include a personal item and a treat for the residents, as well as a cleaning item for the residential home.

There is no limit to the quantity of cleaning items, as these will be used in both residential homes. One item is acceptable.

If you would like to donate to Epilepsy Geduld and Daggafontein, contact Langley or Lindiwe Dube on 011 811 1590.
