Striders Athletics Club held their weekly time trials on Tuesday. The organisers reminded participants to wear reflector jackets on the runs.
“If you are running a time trial, please make sure you have some form of reflective clothing because it is getting darker,” said club secretary Kim Westley.

Striders Athletics Club participates in a weekly run and cycle challenge. For the coming months, time trials will now be held at 17:30 until further notice.
