The City of Ekurhuleni’s Executive Mayor Sivuyile Ngodwana will deliver his inaugural State of the City Address today (Tuesday) at the OR Tambo Government Precinct in Germiston.
In the speech, the mayor is expected to highlight the critical priorities of the newly established administration.
