Veritas College impresses with 100% pass rate once again

Veritas College has yet again achieved a 100% pass rate in its IEB results.

Veritas College expressed its pride and excitement about the class of 2022 as it received its matriculation results on January 18.

The school found it impressive that a 94% bachelor’s degree pass rate was achieved.

Thirty-eight learners attained 26 distinctions and the remaining 6% acquired diplomas.

Veritas College principal Judy Archary said while matric is the final chapter in the story of school education, it is only the beginning of exciting new adventures and achievements.

“We would like to thank every one of our dedicated staff members, from our pre-preparatory and preparatory phases to our senior school,” said Archary.

“Thank you for the commitment and passion with which you approach each day and for always inspiring our learners to be the heroes of their own stories.”

The school has also thanked parents and families for their support in ensuring that learners reach their full potential.

“We wish our class of 2022 all the best for the future chapters of their lives. We are proud of you,” said Archary.

Learners who received distinctions are:

Costas Christodoulou: six distinctions (one of which was in further studies mathematics), one other 79% and an average of 82%.
Joan Aigbodion: five distinctions, average of 78%.
Nkosinathi Mkhwane: four distinctions, average of 78%.
Courtney Murphy: one distinction, average of 73%.
Hannah Rees: one distinction, two others 79%, average of 72%.
Beyoncé Mwale: two distinctions, average of 69%.
Njabulo Mkhwanazi: two distinctions, average of 67%.
Mpilo Mhlongo: one distinction, average of 67%%.
Samkelo Maki: one distinction, average of 67%.
Boitumelo Meloa: two distinctions, average of 65%.
Nkosinathi Zimande: one distinction.
