A taxi driver was robbed of his car by a man known to him on Sunday morning.
The victim was driving his red Toyota Tazz (SKZ307GP) along Santo Domingo Street, Reedville, and stopped to go into a spaza shop.
“He then went back to his car, started it and before he could drive off, a man known to him approached and accused him of having stolen his cellphone the night before,” explained Capt Johannes Ramphora, communications officer at Springs SAPS.
