A 29-year-old woman fell to her death from the rooftop of the CML building in the Springs CBD last Sunday.
Springs police were notified that a woman had jumped from the building, and proceeded to the scene.
“When the officer went closer to check, he found the woman lying face up. He immediately called an ambulance,” explained Capt Johannes Ramphora, the communications officer of Springs SAPS.

The paramedics arrived and declared the woman dead on the scene.
The woman sustained injuries to her right leg and spine. “The deceased is a foreign national from Zimbabwe,” added Ramphora.
