Jaco Human used all his experience and skill to chase down and arrest two robbers on November 22 in a high-speed chase.
Human, who is the director at SA Private Protection Services, received a call about a house burglary in progress in Selection Park from SAPS members at 13:52 and jumped in his Toyota Hilux to assist.
Shortly after, he was told the perpetrators had fled the scene in a stolen silver Toyota Yaris and were making a getaway.
Listening closely to the East Rand 911 Zello Communication Platform, Human learned the vehicle was spotted heading toward the N17 highway.

Human hit the highway and chased after the suspects at high speed.
Just before the Dalpark Plaza Tollgate, the robbers pulled the vehicle over and ran toward a nearby industrial area in an attempt to escape.
After a long chase on foot, Human caught up to two of the suspects and apprehended them. One managed to flee and is still at large.
The SAPS was contacted and the pair was arrested on the side of the road.
Human thanked the SAPS, the CPF and other security companies that assisted him in making the arrests.
