Geduld Methodist Church helps feed those in need

These packages are then distributed to those in need in Springs via various NPOs.

In their continued efforts to extend a helping hand to the needy and hungry people of Springs, The Geduld Methodist Church is packing 10 000 meal packs once a month.
Volunteers from all over the city meet at the church and work as a team to prepare and pack the meals that can feed a family of six.
These packages are then distributed to those in need in Springs via various NPOs.
“We are extremely grateful for this life-saving gift. It would not be possible without the physical and financial support of The Soft Landings Foundation.
“They are supported by locally based companies, such as African Independent Brokers, dotsure.co.za and Road Protect.
“It is humbling to know there are still companies who continuously give back so generously to the community,” said Past Jonathan Coates from the church.
