A 23-year-old Slovo Park man was shot during a robbery at his home on Thursday morning.
The man claims he and his girlfriend were awakened by three men who kicked open the door to the man’s shack at around 01:30.
One of the intruders was armed with a gun.

“The suspect carrying the firearm pointed it at the couple and demanded a laptop and cellphones,” explained Capt Johannes Ramphora from the Springs SAPS.
During the robbery, the victim was shot in the thigh.
The robbers took goods worth more than R6 000, and the victim was rushed to hospital.
