Mrs South Africa 2021 finalist Judy Bloomfield will host a fund-raiser for a charity close to her heart.
The former Springs Girls’ High School learner said charity is the best way for her to show gratitude as she lives her dream.
“I have been a Netcare Ambassador for the Netcare Foundation to advocate for different challenges in our society.
“And in 2013 I founded a charity called Tannah’s Gift,” explained Bloomfield.

The organisation was named after her daughter Tannah, who was born with a cleft lip and palate.
“We have helped hundreds of children born with the same condition to get reconstructive surgery.
“And most of them were from disadvantaged backgrounds,” she said.
Bloomfield hosts an annual golf day to raise funds for the cause.

The event was held at Huddle Park Golf Course on November 4.
All proceeds from the day will be donated to the Netcare Cleft Lip and Palate Foundation and Cansa.
“My mission, as I move forward with the competition and after, is to promote tolerance, understanding, transformation and unity.
“And for us as South Africans, with all the diverse cultures and races, this is an important message to get across.
“We need to unite, and understand each other.
