Victim fights back during business robbery

One of the men that robbed the business owner is from Soweto.

A suspected robber was left injured after fleeing from a business owner he had robbed last Saturday afternoon.
The victim told the police he was at his Second Street business when a man came in and showed interest in buying a Nissan Navara bakkie.
The victim showed the man the bakkie and he left.
After a short while, the same man returned accompanied by a friend. They both asked to look at the bakkie.
The victim showed them the bakkie and while they were looking at it, one of the men pulled out a gun, pointed it at the victim’s head and told him he was going to kill him if he didn’t give them money.
The victim informed the man he didn’t keep cash on the premises.
They ordered the victim to lie down and tied him up with cable ties.
The pair then searched him and found his firearm, a 9mm pistol with 15 rounds of ammunition, and took it along with three cellphones before fleeing.

The victim followed the two men towards Second Street with his vehicle and in First Street, the man with the firearm shot at the victim again.
