The local actor, dancer and model auditioned for the International Arts Talent Showcase and had since been selected to represent South Africa.

Sixteen-year-old Gift Masuku has his sights set on the world’s biggest stages.
The local actor, dancer and model auditioned for the International Arts Talent Showcase and had since been selected to represent South Africa.
“I am a passionate actor. I have done multiple competitions, showcasing my talent locally.
“I decided to further my dream and show myself to the world in hopes that I will become a successful actor,” he said.

The young creative is appealing to the public to help fund his trip to the United States of America next year July, to what he believes to be the largest model and talent convention.
“My aim is to empower and inspire our youth so they too can achieve their dreams and be inspired to start now.”
The Springs Boys’ High School learner said getting a callback for this convention will remain one of the highlights of his career.

Gift Masuku believes making it as an actor, model and dancer overseas is a dream within his reach.

“I truly believe this could expose me to a huge amount of agents who could potentially scout me to get an international education,” he added.
The International Modeling and Talent Association is a professional association of modelling and talent.
