Pug Rescue will be holding a Cat Spay Day on February 23, in conjunction with the Thanda Inja Project low-cost cat sterilisation campaign.
To qualify for this campaign, you will need to earn an income of less than R15 000 a month.
Cheryl Gaw, founder of Pug Rescue said: “The prices are subsidised and therefore proof of income will be required.
